A299 Gr.B Steel Plate Heat Treatment:

ASTM A299 plates 2 inch [50mm] and under in thickness are normally supplied in the as-rolled condition. Plates may be ordered normalized or stress relieved, or both. ASTM A299 steel plates products over 2 inch  [50mm] in thickness shall be normalized.
